Blast furnace ironmaking equipment: We possess the capability to design and manufacture a full range of 20-480m³ blast furnace core equipment, including bell-less top charging equipment, hot blast stove system, hydraulic clay gun, and taphole opener. We specialize in enhancing the smelting intensity and longevity technology of blast furnaces, assisting our customers in reducing coke ratio and increasing pig iron production.
Continuous casting machine: We offer continuous casting machines for billets, slabs, and rectangular billets with various radii ranging from R3m to R12m. Advanced technologies such as automatic control of the crystallizer liquid level and dynamic soft reduction are employed to ensure excellent internal quality of the cast billets, meeting the production needs of premium and special steel.
Steel rolling mill: Covering production lines for bar and wire rods, section steel, and hot-rolled strip steel.
